SHIPPING

The shipping charges within India are free of cost, however International will be additional and will be charged based on the weight and volume of the product and the country where the delivery is being dispatched. Shipping charges will be shared upon inquiry.

RETURNS

Our garments are on a made-to-order basis specially handcrafted for you. We assume that you agree to our terms and conditions when placing an order. Once an order is placed/made, we do not offer any exchange or returns. However, in case of alterations, we will be happy to assist you. Please note that shipping charges for alterations will have to be paid by the client and will not be borne by us.

In case of an order from the ready-to-ship category, exchange will be considered in case of damage or any error from our side, and the final decision on it will be at our discretion. We urge you to carefully consider your sizing when buying from ready-to-ship category and opt for customization if the garment requires alterations, as post purchase alteration fee will be applicable on any and all alterations required.
