This shipping and delivery policy, together with the Terms sets out our policies and procedures towards delivery and shipping of products purchased on the Faabiiana India Platform.

We offer worldwide shipping and delivery for all our products. Our mission is to provide you with the best possible customer experience. To achieve this, we partner with leading logistics service providers to ensure that your order is handled efficiently, and that you receive your product seamlessly. At Faabiiana India, we make every commercially reasonable effort to ensure timely delivery of your products.

PLEASE NOTE

Faabiiana India is 'made to order' will be produced specifically for each customer upon receipt of their order. It is clarified that products are not ready-made. These items may require additional production time and are not eligible for returns or cancellations once production has commenced.

"Delivery time for both international and domestic shipping will vary based on the destination and the specific products ordered and it may take 8-10 Weeks (56-70 working days) to deliver the product based upon the location of delivery."

Shipping charges for domestic shipments is free of cost and for international shipments - charges depend on the greater actual weight or volumetric dimensions of the parcel and destination of the customer.

No cash on delivery is available for domestic or international orders. For any further information you may refer to our ‘Terms of Service’.

Faabiiana India endeavours but does not guarantee delivery of products in the stipulated time period. In no manner can the contract be repudiated if Faabiiana India fails to deliver any one or more products in the stipulated time frame. The Company is not liable for any delays due to natural calamities, national holidays, courier services etc.

TAXES AND DUTIES

Taxes and duties are calculated according to your shipping destination and itemized on the Order Summary page. Make sure you select your location to view the estimated local market pricing and delivery times.

We ship to your destination on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. This means that the prices displayed on the site are exclusive of all taxes and duties. When your order arrives at Customs, you are responsible for paying all import duties, customs, and local sales taxes.
